Content on penis enlargement sites often relates to pills or exercises to be used to increase penis size.

However reasons for searching for penis enlargement methods usually stem from a psychological problem rather than a physical one relating to actual penis size. Men often want a larger penis as their penis size ties in to their individual feelings of masculinity: they see penis enlargement as a way to increase their sense of being male.

For those men who do have a real, physical problem (a penis size well below average), penis enlargement surgery is an option, although a last resort. Psychological issues about penis size need to be dealt with: these can be deep-seated, so gaining a larger penis by way of a penis enlargement procedure may not remedy the actual problem.
